The Always-Stained Club Membership Terms

1. Membership Overview
The Always-Stained Club is an annual maintenance membership that includes services such as inspections, cleaning, re-staining, and protective treatments for eligible wood structures. Specific services and frequency are outlined on the WoodCare+ sales page and may vary by material type or location.

2. Eligibility
Membership is available only to properties that have received a full staining service from us within the past 24 months. All new members may require a one-time assessment prior to activation. We reserve the right to decline membership for decks or fences that are in poor condition or require significant repair.

3. Service Scheduling
Maintenance services will be performed at times deemed appropriate for weather, product performance, and seasonal conditions. We will notify members in advance and work to coordinate convenient scheduling. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to provide access to the property on the scheduled day.

4. Scope of Service
Membership includes a set number of visits per year. Additional visits or services outside the membership scope may be offered at a discounted rate. Service details (like washing, restaining, and wood repair) are provided on the membership sales page. Repairs exceeding the included coverage will be billed separately with homeowner approval.

5. Payments and Renewals
The Always-Stained Club is billed monthly or annually. Your membership includes one full maintenance visit every 12 months. Monthly plans must stay active for 12 months. If cancelled before 12 months you will still owe the remaining balance for the year. Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Pricing may be subject to change at renewal, with advance notice.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations made before any service is delivered are eligible for a full refund.

7. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to update or modify the The Always-Stained Club membership program, services, or terms with notice. These changes will not affect services already scheduled or completed within the current membership year.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, rot, insect infestation, structural failure, or damage caused by improper maintenance or third-party work. Our services are cosmetic and preventive in nature and are not intended to replace structural repairs or professional inspections beyond the surface level.

9. Weather and Environmental Conditions

All services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule any visit due to rain, humidity, temperature, or other conditions that may affect stain performance or safety. Delays caused by weather do not entitle members to refunds or extensions.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for moving furniture, décor, or obstacles prior to service. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area. Customers must ensure access to water, electricity (if required), and gates/locks on the day of service.

11. Product Performance Disclaimer

While our team uses high-quality products and follows best practices, natural wear and variations in wood, sun exposure, and other environmental factors may affect stain longevity or appearance. We do not guarantee specific lifespans or outcomes beyond the workmanship warranty provided at the time of the original stain job.
